What will you do?
• Coordinating and working with suppliers on any applicable plant rejections.
• Works with suppliers on problem solving utilizing tools including 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
All driving to understand Root Cause - implementing corrective and preventative actions related to supplier quality issues.
• Identifying, coaching, and managing suppliers according to our organization quality standards and policies.
• Deploy / set-up at Supplier the Quality referential as per SSQM process (performance measurement referential, 8D, PPAP etc.).
• Directly manage most complex/critical Supply/Supplier issues escalated.
• Management of PPAP for key projects including duplicate supply, tooling moves and outsourcing activities.
• Analyzing quality processes of suppliers (PFMEA, Process Control Plans, MSA, capability studies).
• Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits (SAM and Process audits) to ensure compliance with organization's standards.
• Schneider Electric specific Upstream tools and data base usage.
• Coordinating and working with quality and engineering department for appropriate feedback for parts used in production.

* Collaborare con i Responsabili di Sell-Out (RSO), per la valutazione delle performance commerciali delle agenzie territoriali di riferimento ed eventuale implementazione di azioni correttive.
