3 About the Job
3.1 Launch project management
• Support NPI (cross-functional launch readiness team) for the operation.
- Facilitate timely and accurate inputs into the launch readiness tool for real-time progress tracking and flag areas for deep dives.
- Enable NPIs to set up, track, and communicate on launch readiness progress through the development of dashboards, KPIs/metrics, and reports that reflect readiness and leading indicators of launch success.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain team, and Medical Affairs
• Assist and influence respective BU Marketing leads to ensure key deliverables and best outcomes to launch readiness workstreams respectively.
