Vos missions :
Diriger l'équipe dans les priorités de production et apporter un appui technique auprès des monteurs
* Animer les réunions quotidienne;
* Suivre constamment l'avancement de la commande;
* Être en permanence capable de renseigner le manager sur les manquants et autres points bloquants;
* Constituer un support pour les autres monteurs dans la réalisation d'opérations délicates (câblage ou contrôles particuliers...);

Organiser la fluidité de la ligne de production en équilibrant la charge de travail pour chaque poste

Entreprendre des solutions en cas de problèmes de montage lors de la production et participer au montage
* Dans le respect des règles de l'organisation, Déclarer les non-conformités des articles et des données qu'il découvre tout au long de l'assemblage;
* Alerter le magasinier en cas de rupture de pièce;
* Informer son hiérarchique des problèmes rencontrés;
* Effectuer le servi des pièces nécessaires à l'assemblage, si besoin;
* Assembler les composants (sous-ensemble, cellule);
* Effectuer les opérations de rivetage, de serrage, de graissage, de collage et de réglage dans le respect des instructions de montage (IM) ou des instructions opérationnelles (IO);
* Effectuer les opérations de montage hors ligne (retouches, demandes spécifiques client, préparation de recettes usine ...);
* Déclencher les fabrications en mode KANBAN;
