The Category Insights Manager is a critical role on the Kenvue-Walmart Team; responsible for building, developing, and leading a partnership with Walmart as a Category Captain.

In this role you will provide professional, high quality MRI images and reports according to the clinician orders.

Hiring range is between $41.65-$56.10 - actual hiring rate commensurate with experience.
Available Differentials: Saturday/Sunday ($2.56/hour), Evening ($3.00/hour).
*Hiring Bonus: $3,000 - for eligible new hires.

Requirements:
* Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
* ARRT Registry in Radiology and MRI required.

* At least one-year previous experience in diagnostic radiology and MRI preferred.
* Experience with EMR and PACS systems preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to produce high quality images and provide exemplary patient care.
* Ability to work independently while functioning as a team member.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workflow independently.
*Bonus for eligible new hires and subject to applicable withholding taxes.
Pay Range:

Will perform a variety of clerical and support functions within the computer imaging file room, picture archive (PACS).
Location: Columbia Tech Center
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30-minute meal break
Hiring Range: $18.60 - $23 commensurate with applicable experience
Essential Responsibilities:
* Process data associated with imaging studies.
* Import and export images into PACS.
* Document scanning.
* Communicate study results via phone and fax, and provide high level customer service.
* Answer phones.
* Maintain integrity of patient records contained within Film Library.
* Monitor computer and peripheral equipment.
* Transfer of Imaging Studies to Virtual Radiology as directed.
* Verify accuracy of information sent and monitors study flow to ensure that studies are being reported in timeframes identified by the Radiology manager.
Process Prior-study Retrieval
* Identify prior patient studies according to Vancouver Clinic (VC) policy and request images as needed.
* Retrieve study from VC PACS/ or other facilities as available by accessing PAC system and ensuring that the study can be displayed.
* Receive requests from Non VC providers or patients for VC imaging studies via email, fax, mail or phone.
* Identify the appropriate studies to be sent to the outside source.
* Prepare the study by uploading to a CD from PACS.
* Receive incoming CD containing imaging studies and uploads to PACS.
* Manage Patient Healthcare Information (PHI) according to policy.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Data entry skills of at least 40 wpm.
* Minimum of intermediate level computer skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced patient care setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to adjust working pace as needed based on flow of requests/work.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a healthcare imaging environment strongly preferred.
* Medical terminology, imaging terminology and experience preferred.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Computer experience required; proficiency with Windows based software.
* Experience with multi-line phone system helpful.
Pay Range:
$18.24 - $25.54
