Hermès International, société Holding du Groupe, recherche un stagiaire Assistant animation interne (H/F) au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe.
Stage de 6 mois conventionné à plein temps à pourvoir à compter de janvier 2025 et basé à Paris (8ème).
Vos missions :
Au sein de la Direction de la Communication Interne, vous assistez la Responsable animation interne et les équipes dans l'organisation d'événements, et vous contribuez à la constitution d'une base de données événementielle : une bibliothèque de lieux externes à destination des collaborateurs organisateurs d'événements de la maison.
Vous aurez pour responsabilités :
1/ Assistance à l'organisation d'événements
* Participer aux différentes réunions des projets et aux repérages
* Aider au suivi et la gestion des relations avec les différents départements internes de la maison (scénographie et production, éditions, arts vivants, sécurité, informatique) ainsi que les prestataires externes (lieu, traiteur, agence d'hôtes/hôtesses)
* Support à l'organisation de la logistique des événements et aux équipes le Jour J
2/ Participation à la création d'une base de données événementielle
* Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe projet à la constitution d'une base de données événementielle : référencement des informations, prise de contact avec les différents lieux, réception des plaquettes et autres éléments utiles, etc.
* Aider à la préparation des éléments et à leur mise en ligne sur la plateforme événementielle
* Participer à la création de supports, contenus ou guides pour accompagner le lancement aux collaborateurs organisateurs d'événements de la maison
Votre profil :
* Etudiant en école de commerce ou communication (BAC +4/+5)
* Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans la gestion de projets événementiels et avez une réelle appétence pour le digital
* Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Capacité à interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs
* Rigueur, organisation, patience, sens de l'initiative et adaptabilité

PROFILE
* Bachelor's degree preferably with an analytical focus;
* Fluency in Italian and English.
A third language will be considered an advantage;
* Professional background: experience in similar position, preferably in the Retail environment;
* Proficient with Excel / IT tools;
* Willing to work temporarily.
The fixed-term contract is estimated to last 6 months;

* Définir et demander les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des inventaires ; former et piloter le ou les intérimaires dédié(s) à l'inventaire
* Analyser et expliquer les écarts d'inventaire
* Rédiger un compte-rendu d'inventaire
* Identifier les causes majeures et récurrentes des écarts d'inventaire et les corriger via l'amélioration continue
* Alerter la direction en cas d'écarts " sensibles "
