Pay: $23.50/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential.

Shift: 12-hour nights - 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off, 6p– 6a.
As a Rotating Blender/Dispense Operator, you will be responsible for accurately blending and dispensing raw materials in accordance with specified formulas and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled scale weight checks to verify accuracy and record results.
* Operate and maintain blending equipment to produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards and specifications.
* Clean and sanitize blending equipment to maintain a hygienic work environment.
* Inspect raw materials for quality and report any deviations or issues.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve processes and streamline operations.
* Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and notify supervisor of any shortages.

* The Co-op term is from January to August, 2026
* Full time requirement (37,5 hours per week)
Purpose:
Assists and Contributes to assigned team for duration of temporary Co-Op.
Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
The Finance Co-Op candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in such areas as financial accounting and analysis, sales & marketing finance, operations finance, and research and development finance.
Other tasks may include analysis of financial questions and problems to provide insight to the organization.
The Finance Co-Op candidate should be a results and performance driven individual, who can demostrate these qualities through characteristics such as being innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn from others.
You will be responsible for:
* Build key reports and dashboards to be utilized by Senior Management.
* Complete month-end and ad-hoc reporting requirements for Finance Team.

This position is responsible for base business supply of commercial and new product/launch preparation in Synthetics.
You will lead the Drug Substance CMOs to ensure that products are available to meet customer needs, provide the highest quality at the lowest total cost of ownership, and achieve maximum relationship value through accelerated innovation, supplier integration, process improvement, and collaboration.
The role acts as Virtual General Manager for assigned relationships, providing oversight for all activities and leads the Virtual Management Teams (VMT) including external Quality, EHS, Manufacturing, Science & Technology, Procurement, Planning and Finance to drive high performing sites.
The role handles a spend > $20MM.

* Strategy: Shape external network & strategy.
Influence, and support IMSC strategy by providing input on the external landscape related to partners and CMOs.
