Job Title: Lead Pastry Specialist Department: Bakery-Food Service Reports to: Kitchen Manager/ Assistant Kitchen Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of the bakery department.
Responsible for all preparation of quality bakery products for sale by the Bakery department, while providing customer service.
