Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the operation of the rig, crew and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered.
Incumbent ensures that all crew are at the rig and ready to work at scheduled time, and maintains productivity standards for all rig functions.
This position has a dotted line reporting line to: Service Line Manager or Operations Superintendent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensures all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at scheduled time.
* Operates the assigned rig and equipment in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions as requested or designated by the customers.
* Maintains regular contact and communication with customers to resolve concerns, issues and complaints.
* Ensures that quality products and services are provided to the customers including maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, following safety procedures for a safe working environment for all rig employees, and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance.
* Ensures efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment.
* Establishes and maintains a positive and safe work environment for the assigned rig crew, including training and coaching them in carrying out their assigned duties on the rig.

Job Summary:
This position is one of a crew of a well service rig responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells.
Duties include assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing, casing and other functions specified by customer or well operator.
This position takes day to day, tactical operation from: Rig Operator.
Responsibilities:
* Lifts, operates, rigs up/down guy wires, hydraulic jacks, pads/boards and emergency gear which may include SCBA boxes, fire extinguishers and H2S monitors.
* Lifts, removes, installs and operates well head pump, jacks and performs other task as designated by the rig operator or company official.

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team in South Florida as a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water resources engineering, with expertise in hydrology, hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, and environmental regulations.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve water systems and support sustainability efforts throughout the region.
Primary Function
The role will provide engineering assistance for hydraulic analysis to assess watershed hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics, including conveyance capacity of structures and canal systems.
The position will also manage and work on a variety of water resources projects including but not limited to flood control studies for current and future condition scenarios.
Primary Duties
* Provide expertise to conduct analysis related to joint probabilities or rainfall, sea level rise, and storm surge events; and assess damages
* Coordinate and participate in review and post-processing model outputs that are used to generate performance measures, temporal and spatial summaries, water-depth and damage estimate maps for various rainfall, storm surge and sea level rise scenarios for areas and sub-areas within the model domain and comparison of results with historical data and previous modeling output
* Scheduling, tracking and reporting milestones, tasks and activities
* Attending meetings to discuss project performance
* Actively managing assigned projects
* Actively coordinating with technical staff and outside agencies
* Developing Scopes of Work for modeling studies
* Reviewing outside engineer qualifications and experience, model software selection, and data sources
* Overseeing and participating in the completion and review of contract deliverables
* Providing QA/QC of various phases of modeling
* Preparation of status reports
* Assisting in archiving of final deliverable documents – reports and models and associated tools

General Summary: Under limited supervision, ensures that employees are being onboarded, trained and making appropriate progress to be successful in their position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Works with newly hired and new temporary assignment Production employees to facilitate onboarding ensuring employees are educated on our products, key workplace and food safety practices and expectations of their specific role.

Partners directly with leadership and key departments to establish and document training protocols that continue to develop and support the on boarding process.
3.
Assists Production management team in providing additional feedback and suggestions on what training may be missing or needed to effectively onboard and retain new employees.
4.
May provide progression training for employees upon advancement to new roles, training on the skills, functions, and processes associated with each position.
5.
Coaches newly trained employees on successful day-to-day functional operations supporting safety, quality and productivity
6.
May observe and coach production employees as deemed appropriate based on daily interactions and observations.

Provides oversight for compliance training completed through the Learning Management System for the facility, documents training related activities to ensure accurate record keeping
8.
Serves as a resource for Production employees whenever there are questions of any kind pertaining to work processes, operation of machinery, food safety and workplace safety.

Serves as support to Supervisors and Leads in providing information on day-to-day operations i.e.
shifts hours, break times, the production Chain of Command, where tools and work aides are stored, safety issues, quality issues etc.
10.
May provides retraining to employees after injuries, near misses or procedural changes as needed.
Job Specifications
1.
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
2.
English/Spanish bilingual is required.
3.
2-5 years Food Manufacturing experience is preferred with knowledge of the machinery used on the production floor.
4.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills required.
5.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence.
6.
Experience in Maintenance or Sanitation a plus.
Working Conditions
1.
Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
2.
Environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
3.
Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 40 lbs may be periodically required in the training process.
4.
Requires walking and standing for long periods of time while facilitating training.
5.
Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
