In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Custom designer/builder of pneumatic pressure test equipment, and Assembly tooling/fixturing for Valve, and Air Cylinder / Motion Control products.
* Work “hands-on” with assembly operations in the production of fluid and pneumatic control products, and valve products used with air, water, compressed liquids, and gases.
* Responsible for problem-solving and fixing within the Valve and Actuator assembly departments, including pneumatic, electronic, and PLC-controlled test equipment.
* Support of product assembly, including root cause analysis through fixing processes of component assembly and testing.
* Support new product development, pilot runs and product launches, and existing product localization and development of work cells.
* Validation of assembly procedures and product performance. Lead/create PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and Assembly Procedures.

This position is one of a crew of a well service rig responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells.
Duties include assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing, casing and other functions specified by customer or well operator.
Incumbent follows trainee matrix assignments during training period.
This position has a dotted line reporting line to: Rig Supervisor or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
* Lifts, operates, rigs up/down guy wires, hydraulic jacks, pads/boards and emergency gear which may include SCBA boxes, fire extinguishers and H2S monitors.
* Lifts, removes, installs and operates well head pump, jacks and other designated by the rig operator or company official.
* Works on elevated platform handling rods, tubing and other equipment related with well servicing.
* Lifts, attaches, installs and works with matting boards, tubing, rods, casing and associated well equipment, such as rod strippers, polish rods, etc.
* Operates tongs, elevators and other associated rig tools and equipment.
* Receives on the job and other training to gain skills and competencies.
Expected to fulfill successful completion of training.
* Learns company policies and procedures.
Reports safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to the rig supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:
This position performs work in loading and timely delivery of small field equipment, i.e.
tools and equipment, blow out preventors, power swivels and tubular goods.
Incumbent also performs general maintenance and appearance of the assigned vehicle and may need to operate forklift as necessary.

Responsibilities:

* Delivers tools to vendors for repairs and picks up repaired tools.
* Delivers fuel to units in the field as required.
* Performs inspection on assigned vehicle and trailers needed to deliver equipment safely on public roadways, ensuring all trailers meet DOT specifications.
* Completes DOT log books and post-trip and pre-trip inspection sheets daily before leaving the yard or location.
* Completes equipment return sheet when assigned to return equipment to a location/yard, obtaining "sign-off" by the dispatcher verifying the receipt of the returned equipment.
