The Director of Operations is a hands-on, results-driven leader responsible for overseeing three manufacturing sites for our Animal Nutrition division (New Holstein, WI; Boscobel, WI; and Paris, IL) and additional operational areas.

Primary Duties
* Knowledge of, and ability to interpret, technical specifications, contract requirements, engineering drawings, and standard construction details are critical requirements of the position.
