Key Responsibilities As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and assigned hotel areas.
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and guest amenities.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies, linens, and cleaning products are properly stocked and organized.
Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
Notify maintenance staff of any equipment issues, damage, or repair needs within guest rooms or public spaces.
Follow lost and found procedures and maintain guest privacy and security.
Identify and report unsafe conditions, suspicious activity, or potential hazards.
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all hotel safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.
