* Assurer la mise en place des garnitures et la transformation des produits alimentaires.
* Assister le chef de partie durant le service.
* Etre responsable de l’entretien de son poste de travail et respecter les standards, les procédures de production et les normes d’hygiène HACCP en vigueur en sein de l’hôtel.
* Maintenir et développer continuellement ses connaissances en restauration
* Apporter son support lorsque l’équipe a besoin de renfort.
