Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overall management and coordination of the contract and shall act as the official point of contact with the Government. The PM is authorized to commit the organization’s resources as necessary to perform the requirements of the contract. * Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant by ensuring the following:
+ Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards.
+ Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy.
+ Welcoming guests to the Restaurant, by using the Restaurant name.
+ Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do.
+ Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not, noting it in the reservation book.
+ Being attentive to guest requests.
* Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards.
* Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation system according to restaurant standards.

Position Title: Dietary Aide
General Purpose:
The Dietary Aide's responsibilities are based on the needs of the shift.
This role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.
Essential Duties:
* Quickly learn food service routines.
* Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
* Strip down and wash returned trays.
* Check and record the chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine at the start of the shift.
* Monitor the water temperatures during dishwashing cycles.
* Operate the dishwasher efficiently.
* Prepare nourishments and snacks as needed.
* Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors.
* Remove trash and dispose of garbage properly.
