ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assists all guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Performs job duties and responsibilities in a cost effective manner and within budgetary guidelines.

Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine.
Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems promptly to management
4.
Monitors the dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
5.
Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen use.
Handles tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
6.
Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster as needed.
7.
Cleans food preparation and production areas as needed.
8.
Assists kitchen staff as necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen.
9.
Maintains a clean, organized and appropriately stocked work area
10.
Thoroughly completes any assigned set-up, side work or closing duties.
11.
Thoroughly communicates with management and associates through daily communication and attends required meetings.
12.
Understands and applies all facility safety and security procedures as required to maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and guests.
13.
Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken.
14.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
