ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrives 10 minutes prior to your first gameLook over the field/court to make sure everything is safe for the children to play on.Begin each game with the Coachs PrayerCall the games fairly.
No favoritism!Enforce sportsmanship and de-emphasize winningLet the participants know what they did wrong if you call something against them so that they can learn from their mistakes.Be respectful to the coaches, participants and parents.At the end of every game, make sure that both teams high five or shake each others hands as a sign of good sportsmanship.Make the games fun for the participantsBefore leaving, make sure that everything is put back properly and nothing is left out that should be put up.
Time watches and ref shirts are not yours to keep! Please put them back where you got them!!! (Exceptions are if you provided your own).
QUALIFICATIONS: To successfully accomplish this job, an individual must be competent in performing each essential duty.

Located in Hoboken, New Jersey, a historic small town just minutes from Manhattan, Stevens has an enrollment of over 4,100 undergraduate students.
This position supports the growth and development of club Ultimate Frisbee student-athletes.
The Assistant Coach is responsible for helping foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture while communicating departmental and team expectations.
The position also assists in educating student-athletes on the policies and procedures outlined in the Club Sports Handbook.
