Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily program operations including scheduling, travel logistics, and event coordination.
* Manage communication with student-athletes, families, coaches, and staff to ensure timely updates and alignment.
* Coordinate and track compliance documentation, rosters, and program records
* Assist with recruiting processes, including communication with prospective student-athletes and families.
* Support budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management for wrestling equipment and supplies.
* Facilitate onboarding of new athletes and families into the wrestling program.
* Collaborate with academic, residential, and athletic staff to support student-athlete success.
* Ensure program activities are conducted in alignment with IMG Academy standards, policies, and values.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3–5 years of experience in athletics operations, team administration, or event management.
