À propos du poste :
En tant que Partenaire principal en développement organisationnel, Amérique du Nord, vous apporterez votre soutien à six usines de fabrication et aiderez les équipes de direction des opérations à définir des stratégies et des priorités claires en matière de talents, liées au plan stratégique tout en tenant compte des priorités organisationnelles mondiales, ainsi que des scénarios régionaux et des scénarios relatifs aux talents et à l'activité.
Dans ce rôle de collaborateur individuel, vous représenterez également les centres d'excellence (CE) mondiaux de la gestion des talents, de la L & D et de l'IDE au sein de la région et vous assurerez la liaison entre le CE mondial de l'OD et les opérations pour mettre en œuvre les processus et les programmes clés.
Sous l'autorité du directeur des RH pour l'Amérique du Nord, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les usines, les équipes RH régionales et les équipes de direction sur les priorités de développement organisationnel et les questions clés, notamment les actions en matière de talents et les interventions qui soutiennent une organisation culturelle performante.

Rétention des talents
* Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations pour élaborer une stratégie de rétention et d'engagement, planifier et soutenir l'engagement des employés dans la région en définissant des actions visant à améliorer l'expérience des employés.
* Prendre en charge l'exécution du cycle de gestion des talents d'Alcoa dans la région, notamment en codirigeant les évaluations des personnes, les discussions sur la gestion de la relève et les suivis des évaluations des personnes.
Codiriger également les actions liées au cycle des talents afin de garantir la mise en place de plans de qualité visant à améliorer les effectifs.
* Être responsable en augmentant l'adoption du PDP (gestion des talents) en organisant des webinaires, en encadrant les dirigeants et les employés.
* En collaboration avec les RH, créer des plans d'action et des effectifs, en identifiant de manière proactive les compétences et les rôles afin d'identifier les lacunes de l'organisation, y compris les départs à la retraite, les lacunes en matière de compétences et les lacunes organisationnelles.
