Maximus is seeking Level of Care Assessors to support the Kansas Home and Community-Based Services Program (HCBS) in Wichita, Kansas.
In this role, you will conduct assessments and provide intake counseling for individuals participating in Medicaid Waiver and Long-Term Services and Supports programs.
