Au sein du pôle Supply Chain du Métier Bijouterie, le Planificateur s'assure, pour une partie des ateliers, du suivi et de l'adéquation de la charge et des capacités des moyens de production dans le cadre du Plan Directeur de Production sur l'horizon des 9 prochains mois.
Il est responsable de la performance de son portefeuille d'ateliers.
Le Planificateur est amené, du fait de sa fonction centrale, à être en interaction avec l'ensemble des interlocuteurs de la Direction Industrielle.
Ses principales missions sont :
1.
Exécuter la planification court terme dans OPH, le portail et M3 et planifier l'activité moyen terme sur l'horizon gelé 6 mois + les 3 mois suivants à affermir
• Gérer l'opérationnel planif/appro avec les ateliers (mise à dispo des composants, colisages, suivi des livraisons dans le portail,...)
• Organiser et animer les points mensuels de production avec les fournisseurs (revue de performance, indicateurs qualité, prévisions, nouveautés et vie série)
• Consolider les capacités des ateliers dans OPH et faire les ajustements mensuels dans l'outil suite aux replanifications des ateliers
• Récupérer le signal de demande consolidé et priorisé par la planif aval dans OPH
• Planifier la prod sur le trimestre suivant l'horizon figé et vérifier la faisabilité du passage de commande et exécuter le passage de commandes (CBN trimestriel)
• Partager avec les principaux fournisseurs les enjeux, les risques et le PDP à chaque revue trimestrielle
• Remonter et analyser les alertes (adéquation charge /capacité par typologie de production, lissage de l'activité fournisseur, ...)
• Coordonner avec le développement, les appros, les achats et la qualité l'avancement du PDP pour s'assurer de la faisabilité du plan et sa mise en œuvre.

Piloter l'activité
• Suivre, améliorer et communiquer les indicateurs de pilotage hebdomadaires et mensuels de la planification
• Être en maîtrise des processus de planification et des outils associés (paramétrage et données)
• Participer à l'optimisation du process de planification et des outils Supply Chain notamment avec le déploiement d'OPH pour mieux piloter les capacités des fournisseurs dans l'outil.
3.
Projets & amélioration continue
• Participer au projet global de refonte des outils et process supply chain
• Être force de proposition en tant que responsable d'un ou plusieurs projets transverses pour l'équipe planification amont.
Profil recherché :
• Diplôme école d'ingénieur ou commerce, idéalement avec spécialisation en Supply Chain
• Capacités analytiques & autonomie
• Aptitude à communiquer à l'oral comme à l'écrit, bon relationnel
• Expérience du travail transverse et goût pour le travail en équipe
• Déplacements à prévoir en France dans les ateliers.
