Mission générale :
Sous la responsabilité du DRH du pôle Hermès Data, Technologie et Innovation (HDTI) et en lien fonctionnel fort avec le Directeur Financier, le Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Sociale, Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux a pour principales missions de :
- Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans la mise en œuvre de la politique sociale de rémunération et avantages sociaux dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur.
- En lien avec les RRH, proposer les packages de rémunération en mobilité interne comme en recrutement externe en assurant la cohérence des éléments de rémunération.
- Proposer des outils de pilotage des éléments de rémunération et en garantir leurs mises en œuvre.
- Elaborer et/ou coordonner pour HDTI, en lien avec les équipes internes de la Direction Financière et de la DRH de la Holding, les reporting RH et sociaux (effectifs, salaires, données sociales et tableaux de bord).
- Assurer le pilotage et l'optimisation des coûts sociaux de l'entreprise, tout en garantissant la qualité des analyses et des reporting pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique du pôle informatique du Groupe HERMES.

Porter l'ambition d'Hermès en matière de conformité et d'attractivité des politiques de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux au sein du pôle HDTI
- Coordonner le processus de revue de salaires pour l'ensemble du pôle en étant garant du respect des guidelines du Groupe et du pôle HDTI.
Consolider et préparer les analyses et synthèses de restitution.
- Accompagner les RRH en matière de propositions salariales (recrutement et mobilité) à l'appui notamment de benchmarks internes et externes.
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre et le déploiement des politiques d'avantages sociaux du groupe (mutuelle, prévoyance, retraite, ...).
- Coordonner pour HDTI, en lien avec la société Holding, la gestion :
* des plans d'attribution d'actions gratuites ainsi que tout autre élément de long term incentive : suivi des vagues d'attribution sur les sociétés du pôle (mise à jour des bénéficiaires...)
* des primes et événements Groupe de rémunération (augmentations générales, calcul des primes exceptionnelles, participation et suppléments de participation...)
- Accompagner en lien avec la Holding les VIE et/ou expatriés sur la gestion de la protection sociale, les calculs des garanties taux de change et des salaires de référence ...
- Piloter les processus de grading interne des postes en lien avec les équipes Compensation & Benefits du Groupe.
- Animer et garantir la mise en œuvre des processus de classification dans le cadre de la CCN de la Maroquinerie et du référentiel de Compétences d'HDTI (cotation des postes, évolution du référentiel...).
Coordonner l'ensemble des RRH sur la mise en œuvre d'un dispositif vivant, robuste et pérenne tout en assurant son amélioration continue.
