Hermès International, Holding du groupe, recherche pour sa Direction de la Communication un Assistant Chef de Projet Communication Institutionnelle - Campagne Publicitaire (H/F).
Au sein du pôle communication institutionnelle, rattaché à un Chef de Projet, vous l'assisterez dans le pilotage des campagnes de publicité paid de la conception à la livraison (Campagnes cross métiers, fêtes calendaires et campagnes d'ouverture de magasins).
Stage de 6 mois conventionné à temps plein, à pourvoir à partir du second semestre 2026.
Basé à Paris.
Missions principales
* Participation à la coordination des campagnes avec l'agence de publicité et les filiales du brief à la livraison
* Interface entre les différents interlocuteurs internes (DA, production, filiales, métiers, presse, achat d'arts, média, réseaux sociaux) et externes (agences, rédacteurs...) dans le respect du budget et du rétroplanning
* Consolidation et construction de la liste des livrables (contenus print et digital)
* Conception de page éditoriale pour hermes.com, création des briefs pour les rédacteurs et suivi des traductions
* Aide à la logistique du stylisme : préparation des fittings, gestion des prêts des produits, coordination avec les 16 métiers, la presse, l'équipe styliste et l'agence, construction de documents stylisme
* Suivi post-production des assets : retouches, déclinaisons des assets et chartes graphiques
* Vérification des assets et livraison finale auprès de l'ensemble des intervenants
* Construction des guidelines résumant les assets développés
* Réalisation du reporting des campagnes
Profil du candidat
* Étudiant en Grande École, école de communication, école de commerce ou université, vous suivez une spécialisation en communication et vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage riche et formateur ;
* Une première expérience professionnelle (stage) en agence ou dans le département communication chez l'annonceur dans la gestion de projets
* Autonomie, rigueur, flexibilité, sens du détail et du service ; sens du relationnel
* Vous savez appréhender les projets complexes, ayant une multiplicité d'interlocuteurs ;
* Connaissances des réseaux sociaux et des médias et une appétence pour ces problématiques ;
* Anglais courant et maîtrise des outils informatiques (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
