The Marketing Intern is a member of the Marketing & Product Management team.
The candidate will work with the Power Products NAM Hub & Load Management Leader and team to support key initiatives while getting first-hand experience on how business runs outside of the classroom.

What will you do?
* Support Voice of Customer Activities gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve load management offers and overall customer satisfaction.

* Assist in the analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Help create visually engaging presentations for internal stakeholders

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Speech Therapist must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities including:
1.
Evaluate, diagnose and treat cognitive, swallowing, speech and language disorders or communication efficiencies following MD orders.
2.
Conduct assessments and screens to determine therapy needs.
Enter in the system Plan of Care that meets resident’s needs.
3.
Develop and provide Caregiver Training to current staff.
4.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation and enter information into the system.
5.
Perform Resident’s screening during the admission process, quarterly and annual screening to determine the need for therapy.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience: Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Professional Licensure where required by state law; two years clinical experience preferred.
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Utilizes effective time management skills.
Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical and Environmental Requirements.
The physical activities of this position involve: Balancing, Kneeling, Reaching, Crouching, Pulling, Standing, Manual Dexterity, Pushing, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting up to 40 lbs.
