The Tender Manager will collaborate with Sales, Tech, Execution, Contracts and Finance leaders to escalate and gain approvals for large and complex ASCO/SE offers.
On a typical day for you may:
* Act as the primary point of contact for Sales.
Relay information to all assigned resources.
* Train to be familiar with ASCO Power Technologies & SE equipment and terms.
Maintain a general understanding of the services involved within the lifecycle of a reliable Critical Power System and the applications of a microgrid for these systems.
* Assist in training of new team members.
* Participate in the development of department processes and procedures.
And on some days you may:
* Prepare the final version of pricing documents and lead price/scope review meetings with representatives from Sales, Engineering, Pre-construction, Execution and Finance before proposal delivery.
* Coordinate with SRM and CPO counterparts to plan and manage escalation requirements.
* Create financials models necessary for financial analysis (P&Ls, cash curves, etc.)
* Develops relationships with SME/SMOs to efficiently gain and incorporate feedback into offer package.
* Present solution and terms to Country and Global leaders for approvals.
* Work with Sales (and/or the Customer) to understand the project requirements, required deliverables and develop/deploy a best commercial strategy/solution for commercial success.
* Responsible for the accurate development and understanding of the more complex solutions and effective presentation materials in the form of proposals and RFP responses.
* Coordinate and analyzes pricing and technical document production.
* Work with assigned technical resources to obtain Schneider equipment pricing and margin analyses.
* Proficient with bFO, SEA systems, ASCO Systems like Synergy, JDE, etc
* Works within strict deadlines for escalation and submission.
Drives company resources to meet deadlines.
* In collaboration with Sales, conducts verbal/written follow up with clients after submission of proposals as required.

* Développement d'un module de pilotage de charge bidirectionnelle de véhicules électriques, dans le cadre d'un bâtiment équipé d'un microréseau (panneaux photovoltaïques et batterie stationnaire).
L'un des défis le plus intéressants est l'interaction de ce module avec le module de pilotage du microréseau, pour optimiser la consommation nette du bâtiment tout en garantissant la faisabilité technique de la solution (notamment en ce qui concerne le temps de calcul, la transmission de données entre les modules et la compatibilité des leurs commandes).
* Validation approfondie de la solution développée, avec des simulations sur un cas d'utilisation simple (par exemple, une maison avec un seul véhicule électrique, des panneaux photovoltaïques et une batterie stationnaire).
* Une fois le fonctionnement validé, analyse des résultats du cas d'utilisation étudié et extraction de conclusions pour le SRI.

* Assist with implementation of safety and environmental projects and initiatives
* Perform environmental health and safety new hire orientation training
* Perform digitization of health and safety documentation to encourage a lean process
* Support supervisors with compliance audits to mitigate risks and propose corrective actions
