Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accountabilities
1.
Deliver in-year revenue, Total Contract Value targets and exit pipeline requirements as agreed with the Managing Director and the Growth leadership team, by building an understanding of cross-portfolio opportunities spanning Maximus UK services, developing integrated solutions aligned to client needs.
This includes identifying and cross-selling opportunities by combining capabilities across service lines into cohesive propositions, and formally capturing pipeline and customer contacts within our CRM.
2.
Contribute as a senior member of the Business Development and Maximus UK Management teams in the formation of strategies and plans (including account prioritisation, sector entry/expansion, and proactive opportunity creation across central government, local government and adjacent markets), whilst ensuring Growth team members have suitable support to enable the delivery of the overall growth targets.

Provide leadership and influence across matrix teams, ensuring alignment and mobilisation of the right capabilities to win
4.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Maximus UK and ensure there is a "one team" approach to Business Development throughout the business

- Strong understanding of patch compliance reporting, audit artifacts, and remediation tracking.
- Experience producing dashboards, metrics, and compliance reports for operational and audit use.
- Familiarity with IT environments spanning on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation supporting compliance and auditability.
- Experience working within federal IT environments (policies, controls, reporting).
