Customer
* Build an understanding of the market and bid opportunity to develop a tailored solution
* Understand the healthcare market, particularly drug and alcohol services and gain an appreciation of the business drivers, constraints, and opportunities in that vertical market
* Design and develop high-quality, tailored and costed delivery solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and operations colleagues to achieve the service users' needs and the customer's objectives
* Be pro-active with the customer engagement to manage stakeholders, test understanding, refine requirements and develop workable solutions

Operational Excellence

As a Customer Service Advisor in our contact centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our service users by handling a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats.
Partnering with the esteemed charity, Migrant Help, you will provide essential support to Asylum Seekers, making a significant difference in their lives.
This role requires you to be flexible as you will work 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per week, scheduled between 12pm - 10pm, Monday - Sunday in a shift rotation.

Respond to service user enquiries, maintain accurate service user records, and escalate issues when necessary.
