As the Analyst, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* Support customer with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, reducing backorders and past dues, accurate forecasts, new model launches, recalls, supplier collaboration
* Utilize customer tools to provide accurate updates related to shipments, forecasts, schedules, etc.
* Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions
* Collaborate cross functionally with other departments of the customer, including, but not limited to, engineering, logistics, product development, supplier quality and purchasing
* Maintain databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall performance
* Analyze operations, including performance and productivity data, and error rates/root causes; review reports to identify operational issues across departments
* Prepare related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analyses
* Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics
It’d be great if you also have:
* Strong problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries; solid data mining and development skills
* Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Experience in preparing, importing and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases and presentations; converting raw data into usable formats
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Access); ability to extract system data from SAP and utilize Excel/Access to develop reports

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
* Float across multiple departments and specialties caring for highly complex, critically ill patient populations in a variety of intensive care units (ICUs) such as the Trauma Life Center, Burn ICU, Neurosciences ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU, and float to intermediate care (IMC) units as needed.
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based care utilizing critical thinking skills to evaluate and assess patients, recognize and escalate complications, and safely administer appropriate nursing interventions and advanced life support therapies while demonstrating a commitment to patient and family centered nursing care.
* Partner with dynamic multidisciplinary teams of nurses, nursing assistants, coordinated care roles, therapists, advanced practice providers, medical teams, and more, honing interpersonal communication skills and effectively delegating tasks as necessary.
* Serve as a mentor and role model with opportunities to orient nurses who are new to the Critical Care Float Pool and work with nursing students, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in strategic planning efforts, quality improvement, and Shared Governance.
