This is a great job opportunity for a Community Housing Assistant to join Home Groups awesome housing team in Yorkshire. As our Community Housing Assistant (CHA) you’re part of the face-to-face customer support to our communities.

Typical day as our Community Housing Assistant
* You’ll support our housing managers to look after their patches and through this, help us to improve our local neighbourhoods.
* You’ll support with tasks such as estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site, liaising with local authorities.
* You'll lead on areas of work such as Compliance appointments, tenancy reviews and obtaining quotes and orders for estate needs.
* You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
* Using Salesforce and Power BI, you’ll assist with management of admin, updating tenancy records and communicating with customers and colleagues.
* Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities.
