Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to preparing correspondence, notebooks, drafting documents, forming entities, prepare UCC filings, confidentiality agreements, service agreements; corporate governance, and maintaining case files.
Position will be full time; physical presence at corporate office is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Assists legal department in multiple facets of corporate law.
Updates company files, prepares legal contracts, reviews documents, and assists with legal research.
Maintains and files corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes and annual reports.

Oversees the contract process, including planning, collaboration, negotiation, and execution.
Provides administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions.
Works with members of the legal team on special projects and initiatives.
Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
