PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies.
Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve the organization Quality Enhancement Goals (QEP).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Related
Education:
* Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.
Treatment:
* Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.
* Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.
* Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatment
* Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).        Â
* Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.  Â
* Monitor patientsâ response to dialysis therapy.Â
* Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.      Â
* Discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures and evaluate patient prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressure
* Obtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.  Â
* Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.
* Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identification       Â
* Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patientsâ dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.         Â

Koch Specialty Plant Services, LLC (KSPS) has an immediate opening for a transient Cost Tracker/Timekeeper for various projects within the U.S.
In this position you will perform a variety of tasks related to processing of payroll, invoicing, & tracking/forecasting of costs related to individual projects.
This role will be based in our Baton Rouge office and responsible for multiple projects at a time, working with multiple customers and cost tracking systems across the U.S.

What You Will Do
* Process employee time & attendance data from the customer's timeclock system (most common will be TRACK) to payroll and reconcile variances between customer/owner systems.
* Audit and reconcile wide range of payroll documents.
* Create or print a variety of payroll/cost reports on demand.
* Verify employee documentation for accuracy.
* Prepare weekly labor, equipment, and material timesheets for customer approval.
* Prepare weekly/monthly invoicing package as required.
* Maintain data required for proper auditing processes for foreman's timesheets, field change.

* Perform accounting and payroll tasks as assigned while working at the home office.
* Responsible to manage all invoices that are received and loaded into the ERP system for approvals and payments.
* Assisting with employee onboarding & required documentation.
* Must be able to pay close attention to details and to learn good planning, organization, and time management skills.
* Effective oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, good grammar, and good telephone etiquette.
* Travel up to 100% as required (travel from project to project).
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* HS Diploma/GED
* Prior experience with TRACK
* Previous experience within a plant/refinery environment
* Proficiency within MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What Will Put You Ahead
* Associate or bachelor's Degree in related field
* Minimum one year of experience as Cost Coordinator or Cost Tracker
