Missions :
* Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs Hermès sur le fonctionnement quotidien de leurs lieux de travail, les diverses offres de services internes (restauration, conciergerie, CSE, etc...) ainsi que les organisations d'Hermès (fonctions et directions).
* Les accompagner dans l'usage de l'application interne (" Palominow ") traitant leurs requêtes en mobilier, propreté, maintenance technique des locaux, etc...
* Rédiger et diffuser des messages de communication générale portant sur l'environnement de travail des sites Hermès en Ile de France.
* Evaluer, rechercher et effectuer les réservations d'espaces de réunions au sein des locaux Hermès.
* Assurer la gestion de 1 er niveau du SAV de téléphonie mobile, en collaboration avec le prestataire dédié.
Principales activités :
Environnement de travail
* Renseigner et accompagner les collaborateurs Hermès sur leurs questionnements sur leur environnement de travail chez Hermès en Ile de France (7000 collaborateurs environ, répartis sur 27 sites) : parkings, restaurants d'entreprise, accès et horaires d'ouverture salles de réunion, courrier, commande de pauses, fournitures de bureau...).
* Les renseigner sur les procédures diverses de commande ou inscriptions à des services internes.
* Les orienter vers les bons interlocuteurs en fonction des besoins et projets.
* Les accompagner dans la navigation sur le site, la saisie de requêtes et leur suivi de résolution dans l'application interne " Palominow ".
* Identifier les situations d'urgence nécessitant une intervention immédiate de la part des équipes de la DETS (technique, sécurité, nettoyage...) et assurer l'interface entre eux et le collaborateur.
* Rédiger, mettre en page et diffuser les communications quotidiennes d'information générale de la DETS.
* Renseigner et mettre à jour les bases de données : statistiques d'appels et de messages, listings des réponses à apporter, historique des communications générales, etc...
Espaces et salles de réunion
* Evaluer les besoins des collaborateurs et de leurs projets pour déterminer les espaces adéquats.

* Review all tests results, raw data including electronic data generated in support client sample testing, utilizing but not limited to the following industry technologies.
* Review/approval of GMP Analytical Reports and associated electronic and hard copy data, audit trails and notebooks to ensure:
+ Accuracy and completeness of data including system suitability
+ Reagents, standards, and equipment used are within the acceptance range.
+ The correct samples were run and methods were performed as intended.
+ Calculations are correct
+ Electronic data audit trails and instrument logs on cGMP instrumentation and equipment are reviewed for accuracy and approved for data release.
