We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Employment & Labor Law to provide strategic, practical legal guidance on a wide range of employment and labor law matters across federal and state jurisdictions.
This role will serve as a key advisor to HR and business leaders, handling issues such as hiring, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, and compliance with employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
The ideal candidate will lead responses to agency investigations and pre-litigation disputes, draft and maintain employment policies and agreements, and proactively mitigate legal risk through training and process development.
A Juris Doctor and at least nine years of U.S.
employment law experience are required.
