The main objective of this role is to lead the creation and maintenance of NAM Distribution Centers SAP Master data.
The PMDM (Plant Master Data Manager) is responsible to develop and establish the long-term processes around the governance of Distribution Center Data, this is achieved by ensuring product data accuracy and consistency in collaboration with DC Inventory teams, regional teams, and global teams on continuous Improvement initiatives for data quality.
Responsibilities:
* PMDM Manages the DC SAP Master Data.
* Extracts data via SQL queries and perform data quality checks, data corrections, and synchronize data across NAM Distribution Centers.
* Collaborates with DC inventory and DC master data leads to root cause and reconcile data issues and establish best practices.
* Collaborates with Plant master data analysts to share quality data for SAP or Manhattan WMS updates.
* Identifies master data interface failure opportunities which can cause data inconsistencies.

Quelles seront ses missions ?
Cette mission s'inscrit dans le projet EDENN (déménagement du siège social de Schneider Electric à l'horizon 2025-2026), en particulier dans sa composante de l'aménagement intérieur des espaces de travail, afin d'une part les dimensionner au plus près du besoin macro de surface louée et d'autre part de s'assurer de la correspondance entre l'organisation choisie (nombre de postes de travail, nombre et taille des espaces collaboratifs...) et le besoin des collaborateurs.
Une agence de design d'espaces intérieurs a été sélectionnée par Schneider Electric et commence son intervention en septembre 2023 par une phase d'interviews et d'analyse documentaire.
La direction de site du Hive a déployé plusieurs milliers de capteurs de présence en 2022 (sous les postes de travail et dans les salles de réunions) dont il s'agit désormais d'exploiter les données pour en faire l'analyse, définir des tableaux de bord, les automatiser et établir des recommandations qui seront exploitées par l'agence de design évoquée ci-dessus.
Vous interagirez avec :
* Les équipes techniques en charge du déploiement/paramétrage des capteurs de présence et de l'outil Planon
