Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities, including ILS advertising, outreach, print, resident referral programs and other initiatives that generate qualified traffic, as needed.

* Evaluate paid advertising sources for leasing velocity and ROI by creating monthly and quarterly reporting of traffic and leases by source.
* Prepare and present monthly or quarterly performance summaries with recommendations of changes to advertising mix, for both paid and unpaid sources.
* Manage and analyze lead tracking and/or call tracking initiatives, including analyzing results, effectiveness, site participation, and accuracy of information.
* Coordinate lead management program, including planning, implementation, problem solving, and working in conjunction with Training (SPR and external) to support business goals.
* Coordinate advertising and contracts for acquisitions/dispositions including notifying advertising vendors of closing dates and preparing budget recommendations.

Position Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance function of an assigned property and ensures that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
This position is also responsible for quality control, purchasing and supply management, budgeting, Risk Management, and personnel administration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the property.
