Must have training and be able to demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques for: Ingress Egress of Mobile Patients with Van.
Transfer of patients into and out of Wheelchair, Properly securing WC bound residents into bays in Vans.
Must be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van.
Must be able to push a 250 pound adult in Wheelchair up a ramp.
Must be able to make complex decisions involving highly dependent patient base.
Supervisory Requirements- This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
Qualification Education and/or Experience Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED Minimum - 25 years old.
Must have a valid DL.
Must be familiar with GPS and local driving area.
No Traffic Crimes in the last 7 years.
DUI, DWS, Reckless Driving, No Traffic Felonies Multiple DUI, or DWS, Leaving Scene with Injuries, Assault with Vehicle Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years Not more than one accident in 3 years Pass a drug screen and background check Language Skills Ability to read, write and understand job related instructions and manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and residents.
