Primary Responsibility
Under general supervision, Lift Truck Operator (LTO), Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to sit down and stand up forklifts, stand up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment.
What You'll Do
• Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility.
• Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management.
• In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (stand up forklifts, stand up staddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF) in a manner that promotes safety.
• Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will aid the operations functions by providing insights around inventory planning, fulfillment, and operational metrics.
They will work with different stakeholders in the Supply Chain to monitor supply and demand, report on any planning risks, and provide operational metrics for productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Help tie data insights to process by fully understanding and documenting all inbound and outbound order workflows from physical process to systemic representation.
· Assist in cross-departmental outbound planning processes by analyzing warehouse & transportation insights & constraints and communicating to multiple stakeholders in operations and adjacent departments
· Design and deliver Reporting for Supply Chain Leadership on
o Warehouse space metrics
o Inventory planning metrics
o Fulfillment metrics
o Operational productivity metrics
· Work with Government Programs & Inventory Control to ensure government products get added to system for optimal fulfillment
· Work with Operations & stakeholders to ensure orders are released and processed to the warehouse according to optimal planning strategy
· Assist in technological enhancements and testing of processes in operational ERP and other systems
· Maintain any order fulfillment related setups and entries in the ERP System
· Assist in ERP master data maintenance and set ups for Inventory Control and outbound orders
· Work with meal preparation staff to ensure the appropriate finished meals are available to partner agencies
· Work with order fulfillment stakeholders to document current processes around data capture
· Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems and/or relevant experience preferred
· 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting; preferably in supply chain or distribution industry
· High competency in Microsoft Office tools
· Experience building reports and dashboards using PowerBI or similar tool
· Excellent cross functional communication
· Ability to appropriately cleanse, analyze and deliver data into insights
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is a plus
· Experience in areas of Supply Chain, Distribution or S&OP planning is a plus

ARA’s Southern Division is seeking a Senior Protection Design Engineer with a minimum of 5-7 years of design experience for our Vicksburg, MS office. The position involves performing simple to complex structural analysis and design, from basic static design to dynamic, non-linear analysis using finite element and single and multiple degree of freedom methods.
