Dans le cadre de l'activité Projets Datacenter, le Chef de Projet Offre Cooling participe à la prescription, conception, élaboration des offres jusqu'au transfert à l'exécution des solutions de refroidissement / cooling.
Ce rôle se déroule en collaboration avec l'équipe projet, les usines, les sous-traitants, l'équipe commerciale et les clients, tout en respectant le cadre du process de réalisation d'offres.

Votre rôle
* Analyser le besoin du client puis déterminer la solution technique et commerciale adaptée ;
* Estimer et optimiser les coøts de la solution afin de se démarquer des concurrents ;
* Préparer les offres et les faire valider ;
* Formuler la proposition de valeur de l'entité puis la démontrer dans le cadre des présentations écrites et orales ;
* S'assurer du transfert de l'offre et du support client ou interne en réalisation ;
* Supporter l'équipe projet, notamment les autres Tender Manager sur le métier cooling (référent technique).
Vos missions
En tant que Tender Manager Cooling, vous menez les missions suivantes :
* Assurer la prescription Cooling auprès des clients stratégiques en appui de la force de vente ;
* Comprendre l'environnement des clients, de la compétition et des technologies sur marché du refroidissement / Cooling des Datacenter ;
* Analyser le besoin du client, prescrire des solutions différenciantes, optimisées technico-économiquement pour se démarquer des concurrents ;
* Définir et valider la stratégie " gagnante " et les schémas de repli ;
* Planifier, coordonner et mettre en œuvre les moyens matériels et humains nécessaire à l'élaboration de l'offre ;
* Préparer l'offre :
* Analyser le cahier des charges et documents techniques ;
* Définir les conceptions adaptées et réaliser tel que synoptique hydrauliques et frigorifiques ;
* Sélectionner les équipements de refroidissement (armoires de climatisation, Groupes froids etc.), demander les chiffrages à nos usines de production.
Être le lien technique avec nos usines ;
* Consulter des sous-traitants (installateurs, transporteur, manutentionnaire, etc.) et analyse les offres, en suivant la stratégie et règles Achats ;
* Estimer les temps et les moyens nécessaires à l'exécution du projet (conception, essais usine, logistique, activités au site, qualité, sécurité etc.) ;
* Participer au processus CEE en lien avec l'équipe spécialisée ;
* Préparer la feuille de chiffrage ;
* Rédiger le mémoire technique et commercial ;
* Connaitre et appliquer le process de réalisation de projets CPP (Customer Project Process), en lien avec les différents SME (Subject Matter Expert - Finance, Légal, Operations, Sécurité), SRM (Solution Risk Manager) et approbateurs.

This Field Service Representative position will sit within our U.S.
Services business, specifically our Power Services team.
Our Power Services team is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for SquareD focusing on electrical distribution equipment inside of critical facilities.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
* Servicing, installing, and repairing customer equipment.
* Performance of warranty work and start-up service.
* Perform Startup/Commissioning on equipment across the Schneider Electric product portfolio.
* Testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting and part component replacement services on customer products.
* Construction and testing of circuits and equipment utilizing various tools and machines such as computers, workstations, circuit diagrams and test instruments/equipment.
* Technical support in product service, product training and applications including on-site audits.
* Support serviceable Schneider equipment including but not limited to electrical switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, PLCs, HMIs, Drives, power monitoring equipment, protective relays.
We have an ever-evolving catalog of products you may have exposure to.
* Document all required information for each site (technical report).
On some days, you may even:
* Analyzing complex problems in equipment and machinery and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct the fault.
* Assist in the developing design modifications and implements modifications and provides installation support for the modifications.
* Develops and implements training courseware and provides training to customers and other service representatives.
* Travel for both training and to support job site requirements in other areas.
