This position requires a minimum of 10 years of Product Development experience with Low Voltage Dry Type Transformers products for industrial and commercial applications.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support complex projects engagement as ( A and B ) with RAC DC and RAC MEA/ C&D projects under DCS and
CI project scope

- Use and monitor the governance tools as : SR process / Categorization tool and communicate on the progresses during the Performance Reviews .
- Engage periodic reveiw with Line of Business supporting the offer Management / Offer per formances review from the Solutionning , Ordering and Hit rates .
Agree with the LOB on the evolution / re- bound action to be taken supporting the offer deployement and forcasts achivements
- Extend support with active Geographical coverage for all Neal Geographies
