Overview
The Agent may perform a variety of responsibilities based on the assignment to include concierge-level, residential, campus security, event security, response services, basic driving, and/or investigations.
Responsibilities

Provide the client with concierge-level security at the client location and/or events.
Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
Oversee external campus drop off/pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
Transport the client to and from company location and/or events, as assigned.
Secure the client’s residential perimeter and review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms, as assigned.
Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures.
All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or 3+ years of security experience.
An Armed Colorado Security License and Concealed Handgun Permit are required.
This position requires completion of Pinkerton's licensing process which may include verification of required licenses and affiliation to the appropriate Pinkerton entity.
