• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.

Responsibilities
After Real Estate Site Approval:
* Prepare Site Plans and coordinate with the Merchandising team on fixture layouts to ensure the plans meet the intent of the "approved" site or fixture plans prior to the Pre-Construction Review Meeting.
* Assist the Pre-Construction Specialist in working to obtain all municipal and governing agency approvals, ensuring code compliance with all required authorities.
* Produce all architectural required drawings, as well as assist the Pre-Construction Specialist with the management of the various consulting engineers (Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) to ensure AutoZone standards are maintained prior to submittal to the various municipal approving agencies.
* Coordinate with various dry utility companies to ensure our electrical, telephone and natural gas services reflect the utility companies design intent.
* Complete Design Exchange bid packages and ensure engineered construction drawings and bid documents are accurate and provided to the Construction department.
Primary Responsibilities after Construction Starts:
* Ensure any drawings which have been modified, as a result of issues encountered while under construction are issued to the Construction team as a Revision.
* Ensure all the latest drawings and documents are archived properly per AutoZone standards after the store opens.
Additional General Department Responsibilities:
