Implement and conduct programs as assigned by the Activities Director, encouraging residents to attend.
Includes setup prior to and clean-up after completion of activities.
Leads and assists resident groups on community outings.
Conducts one-on-one activities with those residents requiring them.
Completes documentation such as Assessments and Daily Attendance Sheets.
Purchase and organize decoration and supplies for daily and holiday activities.
Assist with decorating Health Center common areas.
The position will have a fixed schedule as follows:
* Tuesdays: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
* Thursdays: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
* Every other weekend:
+ Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Preferred
* Must have experience in recreational and activities programs in senior citizens groups, nursing homes or related activities within the last two years.
