What You'll Do
* Keep resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms clean, fresh, and inviting.
* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
* Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, furniture, and other surfaces.
* Empty trash and keep soap and paper products stocked.
* Quickly clean spills and other areas that need attention.
* Help keep resident spaces comfortable, safe, and looking their best.
* Follow infection control and safety procedures.
* Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
* Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas clean and organized.
* Work alongside other departments to support our residents and team.
* Greet residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with kindness and respect.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You don't need years of experience or special certifications to join us! We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable and takes pride in their work.
* Friendly, respectful, and compassionate.
* Comfortable communicating with residents and coworkers.
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
* A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
* Previous experience working with seniors is a plus but not required .
