* Create a steady marketing drumbeat that drives sustained awareness and enrollment for Everyday 401(k) within Business Banking, using a mix of always-on and campaign-based motions.
* Partner with Product and Sales leadership to translate the Everyday 401(k) roadmap into actionable go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and channel selection aligned to Business Banking priorities.
* Own email marketing strategy and execution, including campaign calendar, segmentation, lifecycle/trigger opportunities, creative requirements, testing strategy, and performance optimization.
* Own and optimize the Everyday 401(k) digital property experience (e.g., Storefront 2.0) for Business Banking journeys, ensuring the path from discovery to education to application is clear, compliant, and conversion-focused.
* Manage disclosures and maintain a strong control environment, ensuring marketing materials, claims, and journeys follow required legal, risk, and compliance review/approval processes.
