This is a three-year construction project with most work being performed during day shift.

Responsibilities
* Manage all phases of airfield and landside civil design projects (scope, schedule, budget, and quality).
* Oversee design of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated infrastructure.
* Serve as primary client point of contact for airports and partner firms.
* Lead and mentor engineering teams, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
* Develop proposals, manage subconsultants, and lead progress meetings.
* Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and state regulations.
* Support business development efforts and proposal pursuits across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
Requirements :
* Required:
+ Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited Program
+ 8-15 years of professional experience in project management and civil/site design (aviation, roadway, transportation preferred).
+ Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
+ Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
