Job responsibilities :
* Managing the day-to-day operations of healthcare initiatives, which includes managing designated vendor(s) in areas such as product offerings, program administration, process changes, member experience/engagement, communications and escalated issues
* Developing and monitoring metrics for measuring ongoing performance and effectiveness of benefits offerings and initiatives, ensuring consistency in measurement methodologies and objective comparison of financial performance/metrics between vendors/programs
