This is not an entry-level management position.
Our Store Managers must have the ability to accomplish profitability through managing operations such as budgeting, financial reporting, profit & loss, merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, point-of-sale systems, product quality control, product ‘sweet-spot’ pricing.
Our leaders are important to building community rapport and customer relations with an ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ empowering staff and employees to accomplish professional and personal goals.
Minimum Pay starts at $68,000 annually/DOE and
* BONUS ELIGIBLE
* Opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus when you are running your own store of up to $4500 quarterly / $18,000 annually!
Full Time employees in retail are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty and bereavement leave.
All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.

Näihin kuuluvat voimansiirtoverkkojen ja sähköasemien sekä tuulivoimapuistojen suunnittelu, rakentaminen ja kunnossapito.
Lisäksi liiketoiminta toimittaa ratkaisuja sähköisen liikenteen latausjärjestelmiin sekä sähkön varastointiin.
Tehtävät ja vastuualueet:
* Voimajohtoasentajan tehtävässä osallistut monipuolisiin kunnossapitotehtäviin ja olet osa tiimiä, jonka tehtävänä on huolehtia 110-400kV voimajohtojen käyttövarmuudesta Suomessa
* Työskentelet voimajohtokunnossapidon erilaisissa tehtävissä usealle eri verkkoyhtiölle
* Kunnossapitoon kuuluu erilaisia tarkastuksia, joiden perusteella korjataan ongelmia ja vaihdetaan välillä isojakin varaosia kuten pylväsjalkoja tai perustuselementtejä
* Työ sisältää korkealla työskentelyä ja luonnossa liikkumista jalan sekä erilaisilla koneilla
Vaatimukset:
* Tekninen peruskoulutus tai aiempi kokemus, meiltä saat tietysti tehtäväkohtaisen perehdytyksen
* Matkustusvalmius, työkohteet sijaitsevat Suomen joka kolkalla
* Vähintään B-ajokortti (BE ja/tai C-kortista on hyötyä tehtävässä)
* Kokemus ulkotöistä, voimajohdot kulkevat vaihtelevissa maastoissa
* Hyvä fyysinen kunto ja kyky työskennellä korkealla, sillä pylväät ovat pääosin 15-60 m korkeita
* Tehtävässä menestymistä edesauttaa, jos pidät luonnossa liikkumisesta

Enersense Engineering Oy hakee kokenutta ja asiantuntevaa projektipäällikköä johtamaan ja koordinoimaan teollisuuden sähköistysprojekteja, kuten kojeistojen uusintoja, muuntajaprojekteja ja muita vaativia sähköteknisiä hankkeita.
Tässä roolissa johdat projektien suunnittelua, toteutusta ja valvontaa varmistaen, että ne valmistuvat aikataulussa, budjetissa ja korkealaatuisesti.
Tarjoamme vakituisen työsuhteen joustavalla hybridityömallilla, joka mahdollistaa työskentelyn asiakkaan toimistolla noin kolme päivää viikossa.
Päävastuualueet:
* Johtaa teollisuuden sähköistysprojekteja suunnittelusta käyttöönottoon, mukaan lukien kojeistojen ja muuntajien uusinnat.
* Tarkastella sähköjärjestelmien suunnitelmia yhteistyössä suunnittelijoiden ja asiantuntijoiden kanssa varmistaen, että tekniset ratkaisut täyttävät vaatimukset ja turvallisuusmääräykset.

Vaatimukset:
* Sähköinsinöörin tutkinto tai vastaava tekninen koulutus.
* Vähintään 5 vuoden kokemus teollisuuden sähköistysprojekteista, kuten kojeistojen uusinnasta ja muuntajaprojekteista.
* Tuntemus sähköjärjestelmistä ja niiden modernisointiin liittyvistä vaatimuksista.
* Hyvä ymmärrys alan standardeista ja turvallisuusmääräyksistä.
* Kokemus projektinhallinnasta ja kyky johtaa projekteja itsenäisesti.
* Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito, sekä erinomaiset viestintä- ja neuvottelutaidot.
