What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities for a Mechanical Coordinator include:
* Acts as the lead Equipment Owner.
* Issue Work Permits in accordance with guidelines.
* Responsible for the safe execution of the work in the areas.
* Review all Work Notifications and/or Work Orders for accuracy, detail level, and priority.
* Identifies Emergency work and coordinates with the maintenance planner and Maintenance Area Manager to adjust the planned work schedule
* Attends and co-leads the daily scheduling meetings and coordinates with planning & scheduling and maintenance activities to ensure a smooth daily work schedule is produced.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies.

* Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.
Treatment:
* Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.
* Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.
* Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatment
* Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).
* Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
* Monitor patients’ response to dialysis therapy.
* Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.
* Discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures and evaluate patient prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressure
* Obtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.
* Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.
* Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identification
* Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patients’ dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.

Em sua função de Gerador de Demanda no canal Farma (Vitória/ES), terá as seguintes responsabilidades:
* Negociar atividades promocionais com clientes selecionados.
* Negociar visibilidade em pontos extras, tabloides e materiais de ponto de venda.
* Manter um bom relacionamento com colegas, clientes, liderança e equipe de vendas, compartilhando informações.
* Responsável por atingir metas de vendas e distribuição, baseadas no histórico de vendas e crescimento esperado.
* Acompanhar programas de excelência no ponto de venda e tomar ações para atingir os padrões definidos.
* Monitorar a disponibilidade, preços de produtos e promoções nas lojas sob sua responsabilidade.
* Participar e liderar feiras e eventos dos clientes, como Febrafar e Agafarma.
* Participar de reuniões semanais para discutir previsões, relatórios e tarefas.
* Criar, acompanhar e comprovar investimentos de vendas nos clientes, garantindo a assinatura das propostas de negociação.

Su Trabajo
Ser una pieza clave de la producción de productos de primer nivel para ¼ de la población mundial es un trabajo duro, pero vale la pena cuando su gerente lo reconoce a menudo, lo apoya su equipo y ve que los productos los usa usted mismo y su familia al final del día.
En este puesto, estará ejecutando equipos de fabricación de alta velocidad tecnológicamente avanzados y colaborando con miembros del equipo nuevos o jóvenes para hacer su mejor trabajo de manera segura.
Esta función es parte de la inversión sustancial de Kimberly-Clark en la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo y la expansión de sus capacidades para el desarrollo de producto de alta calidad que son esenciales para millones de vidas en todo el mundo, aquí mismo en Perú.

¿Qué harás?
· Colocar correctamente las cargas de fibras en las fajas transportadoras.
· Retirar los alambres de empaques y operar oportunamente los controles de este equipo.
· Trabajar coordinadamente con el Montacarguista y Operador Lider para el abastecimiento correcto y oportuno de las materias primas.
· Revisar (abrir) minuciosamente el material colocado sobre la faja transportadora, retirando todo material no deseable o que amenace complicar la producción de pastas (alambres, plásticos, colorantes, fierros, etc.)
· Efectuar y mantener la limpieza de los equipos e instalaciones de la zona de depuración de Pastas y patio de recortería.
· Registrar en los formatos que se han implementado por el área de fábrica para dicha sección.
· Apoyar en el abastecimiento y producción del Pulper Recard.
