SV Field Service Supervisor (M)

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position provides major support for the service department through promoting customer satisfaction, direct customer contact responsibilities, quoting of major jobs, directly supervising field service technicians, and performing some administrative operational responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
I.
Customer Service - Percent of Time Spent = 50%
Accepts and coordinates customer inquiries and requests (phone, walk-in or mail) for machine repair/service.
Establishes job priorities and schedules daily job assignments for each Field Technician.
Manages or resolves customer's machine service complaints and problems to the best customer satisfaction level possible.
Provides customer service, pricing quotes and machine service completion and delivery schedule information.
Daily monitors machine repair schedule and immediately contacts customer with any schedule updates, modifications or whenever any additional repair is needed.
(Work in process).
Coordinates job repair priorities and assigns daily job assignments.
Serves as a liaison between Service Manager, other departments and branches such as shop, parts department, machine transportation, and Specialization shop.
II.
Administrative - Percent of Time Spent = 20%
Opens, maintains and closes work orders (i.e.
look up customer account job and component codes, warranty status, enter into mainframe).
Administer credit and COD collection per Company Policy.
Issues, extends and enters purchase orders.
Prepares correspondence, quotes, records, reports, etc.
Periodically prepares reports and memos.
III.
Supervision - Percent of Time Spent = 30%
• Supervises and dispatches Field Service personnel to ensure accuracy, quality and profitability.
• Prepares and conducts associate performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensures all Safety guidelines and policies are adhered to.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
A two-year business or management degree, or a four-year Bachelor of Science or Business Management degree preferred, or a high school graduate with at least six years of experience in similar work environment plus group leader experience.
Work Experience:
Four years working experience in similar customer service-related position.
Basic mechanical and product knowledge is desirable.
Physical:
Must be able to work for long periods while seated.
Must have ability to clearly communicate with customers on the phone or in person.
Good customer relations skills are required.
Must have basic PC experience with keyboarding and word processing software (preferably Microsoft).

* Review weekly work schedule and coordinate with the operating shift team to align on priorities to successfully execute critical work to maintain equipment availability and PM compliance

* Perform precision maintenance techniques using laser and manual alignment tools to achieve precise alignment and levelness of equipment components

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Design Consultant to be located in Denver, CO.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Design Consultant will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of new product launches. As a Design Consultant in the showroom your responsibilities will include offering consultation and advice as well as presenting products to customers, assisting with day-to-day sales activities, answering questions regarding products, pricing, ship dates, etc.
The design consultant will strive to build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and Installers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Our goal is to always ensure the best service and satisfaction to every customer.
JOB DUTIES:
* Use order entry system to look up pricing, inventory and availability, customer information, delivery dates, back-orders, etc.
Enter orders and slab holds when necessary.
* Liaison with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers by passing on selection information for existing and new clients.
* Receive incoming customer service in person and over the phone.
* Maintaining clean work and office areas. Setting up, moving, adjusting and cleaning displays. Keeping desk, floors and showroom area clean and maintained.
* Maintain organization of the sample area. Return and proper placement of samples to the designated sample area.
* Adhere to and comply with all safety policies and practices.
* Assist customers in the process of product knowledge and design material selection process.
* Must be confident, hardworking, motivated, well organized and task oriented, and possess good closing and presentation skills.
* Strong communication skills required, including collaborating, and communicating respectfully and professionally with customers, co-workers, contractors, management, department team members and outside agencies to ensure a smooth transition from order placement to product installation.
* Create a memorable shopping and selection experience for all customers.
* Determine customer needs and timeline and tailor presentation of materials according to their needs.
* Provide clients with unsurpassed service, expertise, and convenience through the sales and completion process.
* Building and maintaining a working knowledge of current inventory, colors, specifications, and information through regular product reviews, internal meetings, trade, and industry publications, etc.
* Provide support and resources to outside sales representatives.
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

* Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
* Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over prepare estimated needs.
