KeyLogic, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Software/Hardware Installation Specialist to support our Service Desk contract.
The primary responsibility for this position is to fulfill or coordinate the fulfillment as appropriate, all service requests that come through the Service Desk.
The ERF- Software/Hardware Installation Specialist position ensures that service requests for internal customers and some external public customers are handled promptly, courteously, and are resolved or escalated to the appropriate support group.
Service Desk supports a federal agency headquartered in Alexandria, VA supporting approximately 14,200 federal employees and Contractor employees using government furnished equipment.
The internal customers are located at various geographically dispersed sites across the domestic USA.
Agency Office of Chief Information Office (OCIO) support groups incorporate both ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and DevOps (Development and Operations) as new systems are developed, tested, and transitioned
into the operational environment.
The IT environment is a highly dynamic environment, which provides continuous system improvement through 16 key portfolios focused on replacing legacy systems and leveraging the latest technology to provide the most value to our business partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Follow Service Desk procedures for Incident and Service Request ticket creation, handling, updating and escalation
· Create/Modify External Contractor, RightFax, RSA Token (FOB) accounts and have materials ready for user
· Provide dedicated request fulfillment support during normal service desk hours
· Provide dedicated on-site customer service for credential administration and check in/out of agency employees and Contractors
· Validate all requests routed to request fulfillment via the Approval Central queue in agency ITSM
· Contribute/assist in the creation, modification of needed Knowledge Base Articles (KBA’s), as needed
· Account requests will be escalated to the appropriate group for fulfillment

· Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Cardiology RNs
Works under the supervision of the Director.
The Registered Nurse II assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individualized care in a patient care area according to departmental policies and procedures and Nurse Practice Act.
She/he will individualize patient care based upon the age appropriate and developmental needs and will accept responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the plan of care.
Collaborates with physicians, patient/families and members of the health care team in delivering a plan of care.
Utilizes positive communication skills.
May be required to work on other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients.
Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Primary Duties:
* Completes nursing assessment of patient, and documents appropriately into patient record.
* Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of patient, age appropriate and developmental needs of the patient.
* Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in developing a plan of care.
* Provides, delegates, and coordinates the plan of care.
* Initiates, manages, and participates in discharge planning.
* Initiates, manages, and participates in patient/family teaching.
* Demonstrates implementation skills in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
* Evaluates and updates patient's response to plan of care.
* Maintains professional standards by participating in in-services, committees, and performance improvement activities, etc.
* Facilitates physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual care of the patient.
* Utilizes positive communication skills to effect conflict resolution and team work.
* Contributes to cost effective patient care by monitoring use of time, equipment, and supplies.
* Complies with safety policies and procedures in order to provide a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors.
* Demonstrates necessary flexibility in regard to changes in Hospital or unit activities.
* Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served on his/her unit.
* Acts as preceptor and charge nurse as assigned.
* Actively participate in achieving departmental goals.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Associates of Science in nursing (ASN) required, BSN preferred.
Licenses: Current California RN license.
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards required.

Works under the direction of the HIM Director/Coding Compliance Manager.
Performs ICD-10 HCPCS coding, data abstracting and computer data entry on all inpatient and outpatient medical records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
* Demonstrates competency with accurate and compliant coding utilizing ICD-10 and HCPCS classification using established governing guidelines for complete reporting of conditions and services rendered.
* Thoroughly reviews chart to ascertain all appropriate diagnosis/procedures, if there is a question regarding the diagnoses/code, refers chart to Coding Compliance Manager.
* Queries providers for clarification of non-specific diagnoses/procedures.
* Utilizes computerized coding/abstracting applications.
* Codes all diagnoses/procedures in accordance to ICD-10 and HCPCS coding principals and established coding guidelines.
* Assists physicians in proper record completion, including sequencing for appropriate reimbursement.
* Performs computer data analysis, identifies of potential Patient Safety Indicators, and hospital focused process improvement initiatives.
* Attends workshops, seminars and in services to maintain current knowledge and certifications.
* Stays current on published guidelines such as Coding Clinics for on-going compliant coding.
* Works with the Clinical Documentation Specialists to ensure the highest level of specificity and accuracy is documented in the medical record.
* Maintains code assignments to meet hospital timely billing standards.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Licensure:
* Coder I & II - CCA/CCPS required.
New hires/transfers must be eligible for AHIMA CCA/CCPS certification within one (1) year from date of hire/transfer.
* Coder III - CCS required.
New hires/transfers must be eligible for AHIMA CCS certification within one (1) year from date of hire/transfer.
* Coder III - Certified - CCS required.
Experience: Must prove understanding of medical terminology via a pre-employment test in addition to the experience listed below.
* Coder I : Entry level training position.
Basic ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge, codes outpatient/ER primarily with some exposure to outpatient clinical, surgical and observation encounters.
* Coder II: Demonstrates competency in intermediate ICD-10/HCPCS code assignment.
At least 6 months coding experience in an acute care hospital.
* Coder III: A minimum of at least 2 years inpatient coding experience in an acute care hospital with DRG/APC assignment experience.
