Your role:
The Elanco Speke site is a large-scale manufacturer of multiple animal health premixes, oral solids and liquid formulations. The site has an aggressive process productivity and continuous improvement agenda as part of the broader Elanco manufacturing network. The Speke TSMS Scientist is responsible for technical stewardship of the pharmaceutical processes at the site. This includes the establishment of a reliable and compliant process through validation and daily process support activities as well as driving process improvements and process variability reduction. The Speke site also hosts R&D functions at the site, and it is important that the TSMS representative remain linked in to the broader technical community on site and in Elanco to develop a strong career.
