OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Pricing & Analytics leads the development and execution of pricing strategy across Libbey’s U.S.
and Canada businesses to achieve revenue, margin, and brand objectives.
This role also drives the advancement of analytics capabilities, delivering timely, actionable insights that enable faster, data-driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Leveraging strong business and financial acumen, this leader translates market dynamics, customer behavior, and internal profitability drivers into effective pricing actions and scalable analytical tools.
The role partners cross-functionally to enhance reporting insights across the Retail, Foodservice, and B2B channels, ensuring the organization has the visibility and intelligence needed to compete and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Pricing Strategy & Segmentation: Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies, including customer segmentation and value-based pricing models, to drive profitable growth across all channels.
* Pricing Analytics & Performance Management: Oversee advanced pricing analytics, including Gross-to-Net, price realization, and performance measurement, delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing decisions by customer, product, and channel.
* Competitive Positioning: Partner with Marketing to incorporate market intelligence, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics into pricing strategies that strengthen market position and demand.
* Analytics & Data Leadership: Own analytics platforms, data models, and reporting infrastructure (e.g., Power BI, automation, data integration).
Establish KPI standards and data governance, and drive scalable, automated, and self-service analytics that improve speed and quality of decision making.
* Commercial Partnership & Influence: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align pricing strategies with business objectives, equip teams with actionable insights and tools, and influence decisions that drive growth and profitability.
* E&O Inventory Management: Lead pricing strategy and execution related to excess and obsolete inventory, partnering cross-functionally to minimize financial impact and align actions with inventory and financial goals.

The Shop Foreperson provides leadership, dispatching and oversight to the maintenance of off-road mobile equipment and on highway equipment, coordinating directly with the leaders within equipment service, materials, construction and transportation.
This role ensures that equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely and safe manner.
The Shop Foreperson is also responsible for managing schedules, supervising team performance, participating in hiring and training, and promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
Shop Foreperson - What Will You Do?
* Lead a culture of safety within the group and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
* Supervise and coordinate daily preventive maintenance and repair of the off-road mobile equipment and on highway equipment.
* Communicate effectively with operations and dispatch to prioritize repair needs and minimize downtime.
* Maintain accurate records of coworker project repair hours, completed work, and equipment service history.
* Ensure proper documentation and processing of work orders and parts inventory.
* Conduct and document inspections of shop equipment and tools to ensure compliance and functionality.
* Support environmental compliance by coordinating with the Environmental Department and adhering to site controls.
* Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of mechanics and shop personnel.
* Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and weekly toolbox talks.
* Report and assist in investigations of all shop-related accidents, incidents and complete drug screenings as needed.
* Promote and ensure high-quality customer service, including field support for equipment needs.
* Assist mechanics with troubleshooting a variety of equipment used in NESL’s core business areas.
* Communicate and document all relevant nightly activities, equipment status updates, and outstanding work orders to ensure a smooth, informed handoff to day-shift superintendents and forepersons.
* May operate equipment during emergencies or training situations.
* May assist with equipment procurement or vendor relations as needed.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?
* High School Diploma or GED (post-secondary training in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve diverse equipment issues quickly.
* Must possess strong attention to detail, good organizational skills with the ability to ensure accurate work.
* Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with maintenance software and systems for tracking repairs and inventory.
