We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our client's large-scale data centre construction projects in the Helsinki region.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works on site and ensuring that project activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical requirements, project schedules and quality standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors on site
* Monitor electrical installations to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, technical specifications, regulations and industry standards
* Track site progress, identify deviations or potential risks and participate in planning and implementing corrective actions
* Inspect the quality of installations and participate in commissioning activities, testing, inspections and handover procedures
* Work closely with project specialists, design engineers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Evaluate implementation alternatives and contribute to the selection of technical solutions
* Support schedule and cost control activities and report project progress to project management
* Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements and promote safe working practices on site
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, inspection records and reporting
Requirements:
* Relevant electrical engineering educational background
* Previous experience in electrical supervision, site management, or electrical construction projects
* Strong understanding of electrical installations, site supervision, and commissioning activities
* Knowledge of contract management as well as cost, schedule, and quality control
* Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Systematic, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach with the ability to manage larger project entities
* Finnish language skills
* The salary for this position is 5,000€-7,000€ per month, depending on experience and expertise.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional on-call rotation with additional pay

Job Title: Dockworker Part-Time No CDL - TForce Freight
Job Summary:
TForce Freight is seeking a full-time Dockworker whose position is vital to ensure freight is loaded safely and efficiently so that the freight of our customers can be delivered on time and in the same condition received.
As part of the dynamic safety focused team at TForce Freight you will operate powered warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, hydraulic jacks, and extended belts.
Tractors will be utilized to maneuver vehicles efficiently and safely, even in tight spaces.
Pay Rate: $21.97/hr
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
* Print BOL for daily deliveries.
* Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
* Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
* Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
* Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
* Secure shipments upon arrival.
Job Requirements:
* No CDL required
* Impeccable customer service and dedication

Summary
The MRO Buyer is responsible for coordinating the movement of purchased materials from suppliers and addressing any supply/supplier issues. The MRO Buyer will review the production requirements of the company on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes coordinating production requirements aligned with sales forecasts. The MRO Buyer is also responsible for maintaining and creating new relationships with suppliers and negotiation of prices and cost-saving measures to fit within the company budget. Data entry, report generation and analysis of the data are an ongoing duty. Other tasks include resolving issues pertaining to material defects, invoice discrepancies as well as delivery timelines.

* Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered.
* Compile data to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to be used for cost saving initiatives.
* Compare invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered.
* Contact suppliers regarding errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices and substitutions.
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions.
* Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and/or corrections to corporate billing records.
* Interact and negotiate with suppliers.
* Form payment strategies to make timely A/P payments and mitigate supplier objections.
* Investigate payment problems while following corporate A/P policies and procedures.
* Communicate all delays or variances of inbound freight to the appropriate parties.
* Maintain strict control over inventory levels for production in orde5r to meet internal and external demand of product.
